For relaxation, sports or play, then Dania Beach’s city parks and surrounding County and State parks may be the answer.  The city parks offer recreational fun, including an Olympic size swimming pool, tennis, basketball courts, wide-open green spaces, and more.

Dania Beach is, also, home to John U. Lloyd Beach State Park, which is conveniently located between the Atlantic Ocean and inland waterway next to our award winning Blue Wave beach.  You can even reach the park by boat and dock at our beautiful city marina.

Just to the south is Broward County’s famous Westside Park and Anne Kolb Nature Center.  You can explore and discover exotic nature on the boardwalks that hover over one of the few mangrove ecosystems in Southeast Florida.
